OVER ANSICHT
ANSICHT ontwikkelt, ondersteunt en produceert interdisciplinaire projecten, producties, performances en installaties op het gebied van theater, beeldende kunst en film. Zij organiseert workshops aan kunstenaars en geïnteresseerden. Ansicht wil de dialoog tussen kunst en toeschouwer bevorderen, waarbij de beleving van de toeschouwer centraal staat.
ANSICHT wil met haar projecten een zo divers mogelijk publiek bereiken. Zij wil laagdrempelig zijn en mensen in contact brengen met kunst. Daarnaast wil zij een platform bieden voor kunstenaars om samen te werken. Ook acht de stichting het van groot belang projecten te produceren die zich richten op de overdracht van kennis en ervaring van kunst aan een jongere generatie.

De stichting hanteert de Governance Code Cultuur en de Culturele Code Diversiteit
De bestuurders werken vrijwillig. Het dagelijks beleid en office-management worden uitgevoerd door de artistiek leider. Deze taak wordt verricht door Danielle van Vree (beeldend kunstenaar/regisseur/performer). De stichting heeft geen ambitie werknemers in loondienst te nemen, maar probeert om andere ZZP-ers met hun vakkennis bij de stichting te betrekken.
Per project worden performers, beeldend kunstenaars, technici etc. aangesteld. Dit is afhankelijk van de aard van het project.

It organizes workshops for artists and those with an interest in the arts. ANSICHT strives to foster the dialogue between art and its audience, with an emphasis on the experience of the viewer or listener.
With its projects, ANSICHT aims to reach an audience that is as diverse as possible. It wants to be accessible, bring people into contact with art. In addition, the foundation provides a platform for artists who wish to collaborate with others. ANSICHT considers it crucial to realize projects that focus on the transfer to a younger generation of knowledge and experience with respect to art.

The foundation follows the Cultural Governance Code and the Cultural Diversity Code.
The board members work on a voluntary basis. The day-to-day management and office management are carried out by the artistic director. This task is in the hands of Danielle van Vree (visual artist/director/performer). The foundation has no ambition to take people into salaried employment, but tries to engage self-employed, independent artists and performers to make available their expertise. For each project, specific performers, visual artists, technicians are hired, depending on the nature of the project.
